I. Leading and Managing Change
The ultimate challenge for project managers is to become the best leaders they can be. To provide them with the tools to address this challenge, this course combines Leadership Skills and Change Management Skills. It covers three areas: Personal Leadership Growth; Leadership Skills and Behaviors; and Managing Change.

II. Managing Multiple Projects
In the past, most project management workshops have focused on managing one project, but in today’s increasingly busy and stressful world, it has become necessary to calmly and efficiently manage more than one project - often several projects - successfully at the same time. This learned skill is valuable not only for project managers, but also for anyone responsible for the successful outcome of multiple projects, whether it is at the office or in the home.

III. Project Stakeholder Satisfaction
When full compliance to scope, time and cost is not achievable, when project quality and risk are hard to manage, a savvy project manager achieves project success with one last effort. That is project stakeholder satisfaction.

We are asked to do less with more and attempt to meet all the various stakeholders’ challenging needs. The expectations of stakeholders are like colors in a rainbow.

Project Communication and Human Resource Management goes hand-in-hand as they directly interface with people. This workshop is designed to provide you with a strong insight into project communication systems like PM Information Systems, Project Reporting, Project Update, Project Communication Planning, Project Organizational Breakdown Structure, Responsibility Assignment Matrix, and other highly efficient tools while driving internally the principles that guides these  tools.

IV. Organizational Project Management Maturity Model (OPM3)

While cultures and structures may influence the success ate of initiatives, the level of adoption and maturity of the organization’s project management influences how these initiatives are run and
are conducted. We must understand that the success of projects is reliant not solely on the skills and capabilities of the working project managers, but is also dependent on the environment where the projects are being executed, that is the organization.
