Description
The self-guided online course is intended to prepare project managers and professionals to sit for the Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification examination. The online course provides a formalized approach that consists of presentations, articles, quizzes, and exams. This is also designed to provide the participants with a thorough and complete review of the theory of Project Management as detailed in the Project Management Institute's (PMI) A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide).
Online course participants will receive assessments of learning throughout the online course. Participants will also identify the five process groups, ten knowledge areas, and 49 processes contained in PMBOK® Guide. The online course would fulfill one of the PMP®application eligibilty requirements of 35 contact training hours of specific project management education.

Prof. Adam Samhouri PMP
is the Academic & Operations Director at Higher Learning Partners of Regis University. He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP)® with PMI. He attended Utah State University where he earned his MS in Instructional Technology. He has worked with several professional organizations as a Lead Instructional Designer and/or as a Project Manager. He worked for the USAPF, Ameritech Library Services, and Arthur Andersen. He also worked at MicroStrategy, Jones International University, University of Phoenix, and Regis University as a faculty or as an Education Consultant.
