Mr. Jeffrey Manalo is the current Deputy Executive Director of the Public-Private Partnership Center (PPP) Center, the government agency tasked to champion and facilitate the Philippine PPP Program. He holds certifications from APMG International as a PPP Professional (Foundation) and a Climate-Resilient Infrastructure Officer. He has been involved in key facets of the PPP Program including project management, project appraisal, policy and program development, as well as capacity building and knowledge management. He was also given a brief assignment at the Department of Transportation's Office of the Undersecretary for Planning and Project Development in 2014.
Mr. Manalo holds a degree in Public Administration from the University of the Philippines. He has also completed executive programs on infrastructure and private sector development at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy. He has also completed a number of fellowship programs such as the Sustainable Infrastructure Fellowship Program awarded by the Investor Leadership Network (ILN), with support from the Government of Canada; the ASEAN Sustainable Leadership in Infrastructure Program (ASLIP) awarded by the Government of the United
Kingdom Foreign, Commonwealth, and Development Office; and the 2023 Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative Professional Fellows Program (YSEALI-PFP), awarded by the U.S. Department of State.
Dr. Lysander P. Ragodon, MD, FPCP, MHSA is a Diplomate and Fellow of the Philippine College of Physicians. He had his Internal Medicine Residency Training at Lourdes Hospital and his Diabetes Education Training at the Makati Medical Center.
He is currently the Vice President for Hospital Operations, Chief Operating Officer, and Medical Director of the Providence Hospital Inc. His extensive profile in Health Care Management comes from his experience in his previous positions such as the Operations Advisor of Metro Pacific Investment Inc (MPIC) assigned to do the due diligence of De Los Santos Medical Center.
Further, he used to be the Vice President for Administrative Support Services and Hospital Operations and Business Planning and Development at the De Los Santos Medical Center, Operations Director at the My Health Clinics, Patient Services Director at the St. Cabrini Medical Center. He obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of the East-Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center (UERMMMC), and a Master in Health Service Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University - Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Ana Bess G. Pingol is a senior executive who has served in a variety of management positions both for local and multinational companies. She is currently the Senior Vice President Finance and Chief Finance Officer of VIVA Group. Previous posts include Senior Vice President, Chief Finance Officer of Federal Land Inc., (the real estate arm of the Metrobank Group) and subsidiaries Federal Land Orix Corp. , ST6747 Resources Corp., and Federal Brent; and Horizon Land Inc. Director member of the Executive Committee of Alveo-Federal Land Communities Inc., Bonifacio Landmark Development Corp., Omni Orient Property Management Inc. Director and Executive Committee member in the joint venture project with Robinsons Land Corporation, Executive Vice President of Cathay Resource Inc., and of Crown Central Realty Development Corporation. Her other significant positions are Senior Vice President, and Chief Finance Officer Chief Finance Officer of SM Land Inc., Deputy CFO and VP Treasurer of Metro Pacific Investment Corporation. She also worked in Tetra Pak Philippines Inc., a Swedish packaging company, first as Finance Director until eventually assuming the most senior post as Site Manager (Country Manager) and Commercial Director.
Ms. Pingol was also part of the start-up team of Rockwell Land Corporation in 1995 first as Assistant Vice President- Finance, moving to Business Development as Assistant Vice President for New Projects and eventually as Vice President for Finance and Fort Bonifacio Development Corporation as Vice President for Treasury and Special Projects Her earlier posts include, Finance Director of Shang-rila Properties Corporation, Audit Manager of Marsman Corporation and SyCip Gorres Velayo & Co (SGV) an audit and consultancy company, where she started her career. Aside from her corporate career, she is also involved in the academe since 1999 as part time faculty and presently the Cluster Chair of Economics, Finance and Accounting Department of Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
Ms. Pingol obtained her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Accounting at the University of the East. She completed her master’s degree at the Ateneo Graduate School of Business.
